It's been a long time that I've never work in my own beloved outlet. I go to two different outlets and happy with the first outlet for making me feel welcome and I manage to prevent a girl named Pushpa for leaving. I also don't know why I can motivate other people but motivating myself is difficult? Why I convinced her to stay although she have a new job? It's because she said that she love the job, the place, and the people working there, except for one person which is the reason she want to go. But I told her that, "just because of one person your going to lose a lot more?!!" She think for a few moment and after a while came back to me. saying that she is staying. -Wait someone is calling me- "Oh my GOD!! Irritating ah!! I'm doing my blog and disturbing me(LOL). Anyway, I don't care!! hahaha. On the other outlet. I felt like the two people with same rank as me is trying to show power to me but I make their mouth shut by saying " I come here to help and not to take orders from the two of you cos we are on the same rank" then they keep their mouth shut and never talk to me till Iend of the day. But end of the day I was happy also cos the Outlet Manager itself praised me that I can work with her and she don't need to talk to me too much and saying "Don, this is mutual understanding.  I'm looking forward to work  with people like you". It was a simple sentence but makes me feel proud. So far, that's it for today. Happy HAriraya......I must prepare already...I'm back guys...
